Aftercare guides are not typically given out in the extension world this guide is exclusively for clients of Extend London only. Rosie believes educating you fully on how to care for your extensions sets you up for a successful hair extension journey - something she is passionate about changing within the industry.
CAN I HAVE A CONSULTATION & FITTING ON THE SAME DAY?
No. All hair is ordered in bespoke to each individual client after their consultation, although the turn around can be super quick - as little as 2 days (depending on fitting availability)
WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR A NEW SET OF EXTENSIONS - INCLUDING HAIR AND FITTING?
An exact quote for a set of extensions fitted at Extend london will only be given at a consultation.
Prices are not a secret at all, I can give you a rough price if you know the exact brand, length, weight and method you would like.
Extensions are not a one size fits all, everyones natural hair and desired outcome is completely different.Â

What maybe safe for one client may not be safe for another.
WILL PEOPLE KNOW I AM WEARING EXTENSIONS?
Your extensions will look just like your own hair just thicker/longer. Colour matching is the most important element by skilfully blending different tones to get it perfect. Then topping this off with expertly blending the extensions in your own hair, after they have been fitted, Extend London will give you the most natural looking extensions.
HOW LONG WILL THE HAIR LAST?
Well maintained hair can last up to a year, Extend London will provide you with an exclusive in depth aftercare guide to educate you on how to get the maximum lifespan out of your extensions. Maintenance appointments are every 6-8 weeks depending on your method & the density of your natural hair.
DO YOU COLOUR HAIR?
I have a trusted colour specialist that I work along side within the salon, we can do dual appointments so you'll be able to have your colour and extensions fitted/maintained in the same appointment.
WHAT METHOD DO I NEED?
This will be discussed in depth and chosen at your consultation after a full assessment of your natural hair. The safest method for you depends on the density of your hair, hair type, lifestyle and sometimes even colour.
IS MY NATURAL HAIR LONG ENOUGH TO ADD EXTENSIONS?
A healthy root and shoulder length would give you the best blend, but Extend London has worked with shorter lengths In the past - please get in touch if you are unsure so you can send a picture before booking a consultation.
CAN I BRING MY OWN HAIR EXTENSIONS FOR YOU TO FIT?
If you would like to bring your own hair I can fit this for you please message/email for a quote.Â
However, this is not advised if you have no experience in extensions. You will be responsible if it is the incorrect colour/weight/method/length to blend in to your natural hair. If you arrive at the scheduled fitting appointment with the incorrect amount to blend in to your natural hair your appointment will not go ahead and you will still be charged the remaining balance.
I HAVE HAD MY EXTENSIONS FITTED AT ANOTHER SALON, CAN I BOOK MAINTENANCE WITH YOU?
Yes! An additional fee will be added to your first maintenance with Extend London -Â Message for a quote.
